Michelle is the Programming, Partnerships, and Membership Manager at Proper Hospitality. In her role, she oversees high-impact initiatives across a 15+ property portfolio, leading brand activations tied to key cultural moments such as Coachella and the World Cup in partnership with top-tier brands including the Bacardi portfolio, Bloom, and Vogue.
During her time at United Talent Agency, she organized over 100 high profile events and brand activations in the luxury space, working with names from Byredo to Oscar de la Renta. Prior to UTA, Michelle honed her creative and content skills at NBCUniversal under the Entertainment Cable Creative & Marketing team. Her career also spans a role as a Researcher at The Kennedy/Marshall Company.
Raised between Los Angeles and Hong Kong, Michelle is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She graduated with top honors as a Renaissance Scholar from USC with a degree in Cinema and Media Studies and Marketing.
